New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A slow moving cold front over
the waters this morning will move SE and pass S and SE of the
area this afternoon. The cold front will then stall S of the
waters tonight into Thu as a high pressure center passes E across
the area. The front will then lift back N across the region as a
warm front Thu night into Fri as the high pressure center moves
well E of the area. Another cold front will move SE over the
waters Fri, then pass E of the area Fri night. A high pressure
ridge will build E across the region Sat into Sat night, then
pass E of the area Sun. Another warm front will lift NE over the
southern areas Sun night.
