New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A weak stationary front over
the waters will weaken early today. Low pressure located S of the
area this morning will track E and NE today and tonight, then
pass E and SE of the waters Tue. A weak cold front will approach
from the NW today into tonight, move SE across the northern
waters late tonight into Tue, then pass E of the area late Tue
into Tue night as weak high pressure crosses the waters. A low
pressure trough will develop near the coast late Tue night into
Wed. Another cold front will approach from the W late Wed into
Thu, then move SE across the waters late Thu into Fri before
passing just S of the region late Fri and Fri night. Another low
pressure trough will move SE across the waters Fri night.

Gulf of Maine to the Hague Line

.TODAY...S winds 10 to 15 kt, becoming 10 to 20 kt. Seas 3 to
4 ft. Areas of fog with vsby 1 nm or less.
.TONIGHT...SW winds 10 to 20 kt, becoming W to SW 5 to 15 kt.
Seas 3 to 5 ft. Areas of fog with vsby 1 nm or less.
.TUE...N to NW winds 5 to 10 kt, becoming variable. Seas 3 to
4 ft. Areas of fog with vsby 1 nm or less.
.TUE NIGHT...S to SW winds less than 10 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft.
