.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A weakening cold
front will dissipate across the SE waters this afternoon as high
pressure builds in from the W through tonight then lifts slowly
to the N and NE Sun into Sun night. A low pressure trough will
expand northward along the southern Oregon coast as high pressure
persists across the waters Mon into Mon night. The low pressure
trough will extend N along the coast Tue and then will shift
offshore Tue night. A weak low will then move northward across
the Oregon waters Wed and Wed night. Note...NAVTEX Station
Astoria 46.1N 123.6W is inoperable until further notice.
