.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A low pressure
trough over Vancouver Island will shift inland today. High
pressure will build E across the region through tonight, then
weaken Sat and Sat night with the trough reforming across
Vancouver Island and the coastal waters. The trough will persist
Sat night through Mon night as high pressure remains anchored W
of the area. The trough will dissipate on Tue with high pressure
building S-SE across the region through Tue night.
