.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A weak low pressure
trough near Vancouver Island will dissipate today. A weak low
will pass near the NE portion tonight and move inland. A strong
cold front will cross the waters late Tue and Tue night as low
pressure passes inland NE of the region. A coastal trough will
develop near Vancouver Island Wed and Wed night, then weaken on
Thu. A weakening high pressure ridge will move SE into the area
Thu night into Fri. A cold front will move SE into the waters Fri
and Fri night.
