.DISCUSSION...

Afternoon minimum RH values could drop into the 20-30% range in
some spots across the mountains of East TN and southwest NC.
Sustained winds are expected to be in the 8-12 mph range, with
a few gusts of 15-20 mph possible at times. Dry conditions and
a warming trend will finish out the latter half of the week,
with rain returning over the weekend.
