.DISCUSSION...

Mainly dry conditions are expected overnight across the Tennessee
Valley and Cumberland Plateau. However, a few showers and
thunderstorms will persist along the east Tennessee mountains,
higher terrain of southwest Virginia, as well as southwest North
Carolina. The chance for showers and thunderstorms will increase
across the entire area on Monday and Tuesday as a cold front
approaches the region.
