For waters beyond five nautical miles off shore on Lake Huron

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A weak cold front tracks east across the local waters
this morning. High pressure builds into the region late tonight
and persists through tomorrow and into much of Tuesday. A warm
front then moves through late Tuesday before an occluding low
pressure system arrives Tuesday night into Wednesday. A second low
pressure system follows on Thursday.
