.DISCUSSION...

A dry cold front is expected to push into the area later tonight
between 2200 and 2400, shifting winds to a northerly direction and
bringing a temporary increase in wind speed...8-12 mph with
occasional gusts up to 20 mph. This should last only an hour or
two at the most, then winds should lessen and then swing back
around to the normal west to southwest direction.

Plenty of sun is expected for tomorrow, though temperatures
should be a degree or two cooler, and winds will be more relaxed.

Wind (20 ft)........W-SW wind 6-10 mph until 1000, then north 8-12
                    mph with occasional gusts to 20 mph until 0200,

Transport winds.....West around 18 mph until 2300, then northeast
                    around 7 mph.
Smoke dispersal.....Poor.
Haines Index........6 or high potential for large plume dominated
                    fire growth.
