Mostly cloudy.  Waves 3 to 6 feet occasionally to 8 feet.  TONIGHT  West wind 10 to 15 knots backing south 10 to 20 knots  by midnight. Mostly cloudy. A chance of snow showers possibly  mixed with rain showers late. Waves subsiding to 1 to 2 feet,  then building to 2 to 3 feet.  TUESDAY  South wind 15 to 20 knots veering west 15 to 25 knots  late. Snow showers possibly mixed with rain showers and freezing  rain through mid morning, then rain showers and snow showers by  late morning. Waves subsiding to 1 to 2 feet, then building to  4 to 7 feet occasionally to 9 feet.  TUESDAY NIGHT  Northwest wind up to 30 knots veering north  gales to 35 knots after midnight. Gale force gusts up to  42 knots. Snow showers possibly mixed with rain showers in the  evening, then snow showers after midnight. Heavy freezing spray  after midnight. Waves building to 15 to 20 feet occasionally to  25 feet.  WEDNESDAY  North wind up to 30 knots with gale force gusts up  to 42 knots. Cloudy. Snow showers likely in the morning, then a  chance of snow showers in the afternoon. Heavy freezing spray  through the day.
