Waves calm to 1 foot.  TONIGHT  East wind 15 to 20 knots with gale force gusts up to  37 knots increasing to up to 30 knots with gale force gusts up to  37 knots late. Cloudy. Patchy fog through late evening. A slight  chance of snow through late evening, then snow by midnight. Waves  building to 2 to 4 feet.  WEDNESDAY  East wind up to 30 knots with gale force gusts up to  42 knots. Snow possibly mixed with freezing rain and sleet in the  morning, then snow possibly mixed with freezing rain in the  afternoon. Waves building to 3 to 5 feet occasionally to 7 feet.  WEDNESDAY NIGHT  East wind 20 to 25 knots with gale force gusts  up to 36 knots. Cloudy.
