Waves 20 to 25 feet occasionally to 31 feet subsiding to  17 to 22 feet occasionally to 28 feet.  TONIGHT  Northwest gales to 35 knots diminishing to up to  30 knots by midnight. Gale force gusts up to 44 knots. Cloudy  with a chance of snow showers. Freezing spray. Waves subsiding to  9 to 12 feet occasionally to 15 feet.  TUESDAY  Northwest wind 15 to 25 knots. Cloudy. A chance of  snow showers through early afternoon, then snow showers late.  Freezing spray through the day. Waves subsiding to 3 to 6 feet  occasionally to 8 feet.  TUESDAY NIGHT  Northwest wind up to 30 knots. Snow showers.  Freezing spray. Waves building to 7 to 10 feet occasionally to  13 feet.  WEDNESDAY  Northwest wind up to 30 knots with gale force gusts  up to 42 knots. Snow showers. Heavy freezing spray.
