Hot Temperatures in the Central U.S.; Hurricane Hone Gradually Moving Away From Hawaii

Hot to excessively hot temperatures will migrate north reaching parts of the northern Plains and Upper Midwest today into Monday along with the threat of severe thunderstorms. Hurricane Hone will gradually move away from Hawaii with gusty winds, high surf, and heavy rainfall tapering off through Monday.
