The remnants of the overnight MCS will be exiting our area early
this morning, with clearing skies expected in its wake. Afternoon
high temperatures will warm into the 80s.

We will see a short break from the nightly MCS activity we have
been seeing recently, but by Friday night, MCS potential will
increase again, especially in parts of northeast Oklahoma and
northwest Arkansas. MCS potential will be greatest across the
entire forecast area Saturday night, with a cold front then likely
to push across the area Sunday. The passage of this front may
result in another break in precipitation chances early next
week, but models begin to diverge at this time, and shower and
storm chances may return as early as Tuesday of next week.

Some spurious low cloud or fog could briefly drop conditions to
MVFR or even IFR early this morning. VFR conditions will prevail
at all sites from midday on as clouds clear out. Sfc winds will be
N to NW with gusts to around 15 kts possible at some sites before
subsiding this evening.
