showers and thunderstorms, some with heavy rain primarily in
Pushmataha and Choctaw counties in Oklahoma. Movement was to the
east at around 40 mph. The average amount where it rained last hour
was around one quarter of an inch with maximum amounts of an inch
and a half to two inches. Coverage, and intensity increased during
the last hour. The Tulsa area forecast for late this afternoon,
mostly cloudy, a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms with
temperatures 71 to 75 degrees and northeast winds 5 to 15 mph.
