showers and thunderstorms, some with heavy rain mainly in Pittsburg
and Cherokee counties in Oklahoma. It was more widespread in
southcentral Oklahoma. Movement was to the east at around 30 mph.
The average amount where it rained last hour was around one quarter
of an inch with maximum amounts of an inch to an inch and a half.
Coverage, and intensity increased during the last hour. The Tulsa
area forecast for this evening, partly cloudy then becoming mostly
cloudy, temperatures 71 to 81 degrees with north winds up to 10 mph.
