This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of central...south
central...southwest and west central Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Day 1 Discussion

Widespread fog will continue through early Tuesday morning.
Visibility will be reduced to less than one quarter mile at times.
Fog and low clouds will erode from west to east Tuesday afternoon.

Day 1 Hazards
* Fog: Significant risk

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

Days 2-7 Discussion

South winds will increase to 20 to 30 mph with higher gusts
Thursday afternoon. Stronger southwest to west winds are expected
on Friday, becoming northwest Friday evening behind a strong cold
front. The risk of wildfire spread will be elevated Friday
afternoon, especially along the Oklahoma border, where the
strongest winds and lowest relative humidity are expected.
