CENTRAL...SOUTHWEST AND WEST CENTRAL KANSAS.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

HEAT INDICES OF 105 TO NEAR 108 DEGREES CAN BE EXPECTED ACROSS
NORTH CENTRAL AND SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS THIS AFTERNOON...PLEASE
REFER TO THE LATEST HEAT ADVISORY FOR MORE DETAILS.

THERE WILL BE A SLIGHT CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS BY EARLY EVENING
NORTH AND WEST OF HUGOTON TO NEAR GARDEN CITY TO RUSH CENTER. A
FEW OF THE STRONGER THUNDERSTORMS EARLY THIS EVENING WILL BE
CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WIND GUSTS UP TO 60 MPH AND HALF DOLLAR SIZE
HAIL.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY

THE NEXT CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE THIS WEEKEND THROUGH EARLY
NEXT WEEK. IT IS TOO EARLY TO TELL IF ANY OF THESE STORMS WILL
BECOME SEVERE.
