THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF CENTRAL...SOUTH
CENTRAL...SOUTHWEST AND WEST CENTRAL KANSAS.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

THUNDERSTORMS WILL REDEVELOP LATE THIS AFTERNOON ACROSS
SOUTHEASTERN COLORADO IN POST-FRONTAL UPSLOPE FLOW. A COMPLEX OF
THUNDERSTORMS WILL LIKELY MOVE SOUTH AND EAST AFFECTING FAR
SOUTHWEST KANSAS GENERALLY SOUTH AND WEST OF A JOHNSON TO LIBERAL
LINE. THE SEVERE WEATHER THREAT WILL BE QUITE LOW, WITH THE MAIN
THREAT BEING FREQUENT CLOUD-TO-GROUND LIGHTNING AND TORRENTIAL
RAINFALL PERHAPS LEADING TO SOME LOCALIZED FLOODING.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY

THE BEST CHANCE FOR WIDESPREAD THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY WILL BE LATE
TUESDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY AS ONE OR TWO LARGE THUNDERSTORM
COMPLEXES AFFECT MUCH OF THE SOUTHWEST KANSAS REGION. VERY HEAVY
RAINFALL WILL BE THE MAIN THREAT WITH THE SEVERE WEATHER THREAT
BEING QUITE LOW.
