THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF CENTRAL...SOUTH
CENTRAL...SOUTHWEST AND WEST CENTRAL KANSAS.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT.

DISCUSSION...ISOLATED TO WIDELY SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS ARE
EXPECTED TO DEVELOP OVER WEST CENTRAL AND SOUTHWEST KANSAS LATE
THIS AFTERNOON AND CONTINUE INTO THE EVENING HOURS. THESE STORMS
COULD BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING UP TO QUARTER SIZE HAIL AND 50 TO 60
MPH WINDS.

WEATHER HAZARDS EXPECTED...

  LIMITED HAIL RISK.
  LIMITED THUNDERSTORM WIND DAMAGE RISK.
  LIMITED LIGHTNING RISK.
  ELEVATED NON THUNDERSTORM WIND RISK.
  LIMITED FIRE WEATHER RISK.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY.

DISCUSSION...ON SUNDAY AFTERNOON A FEW SEVERE STORMS COULD DEVELOP
OVER SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS AROUND PRATT AND MEDICINE LODGE. THESE
STORMS WILL BE CAPABLE OF GOLF BALL TO BASEBALL SIZE HAIL AND 60
TO 70 MPH WINDS. AN ISOLATED TORNADO WILL BE POSSIBLE. ON TUESDAY
AFTERNOON, SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE ACROSS CENTRAL
AND SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS. ATMOSPHERIC CONDITIONS COULD SUPPORT
BASEBALL TO SOFTBALL SIZE HAIL AND TORNADOES. THERE IS STILL SOME
UNCERTAINTY AS TO THE SPECIFIC LOCATIONS FOR SEVERE WEATHER SO
STAY UPDATED WITH THE LATEST FORECASTS DURING THE NEXT FEW DAYS.
