NORTHWEST WISCONSIN.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT

SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL BECOME WIDESPREAD ACROSS THE
NORTHLAND TONIGHT. THE RAIN MAY BE HEAVY AT TIMES...ESPECIALLY
ACROSS NORTHWESTERN WISCONSIN. AS A RESULT...A FLOOD WATCH IS IN
EFFECT FOR MUCH OF NORTHWESTERN WISCONSIN TONIGHT. SEE THE LATEST
FLOOD PRODUCTS ISSUED BY THE DULUTH NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE FOR
DETAILED INFORMATION REGARDING THE FLOODING.

THERE MAY BE SOME STRONG THUNDERSTORMS DURING THE EVENING...AND
SMALL HAIL AND GUSTY WINDS WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH A FEW OF THE
STORMS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY

RAIN WILL GRADUALLY TAPER OFF FROM WEST TO EAST ON WEDNESDAY...
WITH ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF UP TO AN INCH EXPECTED FOR
PARTS OF NORTHWEST WISCONSIN. THE FLASH FLOOD AND FLOOD THREAT
CONTINUES THROUGH WEDNESDAY MORNING.

MUCH COLDER AIR WILL FLOW INTO THE AREA BEGINNING ON WEDNESDAY...
WITH DAYTIME HIGHS ONLY IN THE UPPER 40S AND 50S THROUGH THE END
OF THE WORK WEEK. NIGHT TIME LOW TEMPERATURES ARE EXPECTED TO BE IN
THE 30S WEDNESDAY NIGHT THROUGH FRIDAY NIGHT. THERE IS A RISK FOR
FROST AND FREEZING TEMPERATURES ON ONE OR MORE NIGHTS. PEOPLE WITH
TENDER PLANTS OUTDOORS SHOULD KEEP UPDATED ON THIS POTENTIAL.

TONIGHT. A FEW OF THE STORMS COULD BRING GUSTY WINDS AND SMALL
HAIL.

A GALE WARNING IS IN EFFECT FOR THE NEARSHORE WATERS OF WESTERN
LAKE SUPERIOR OVERNIGHT. GALE FORCE WINDS TO 40 KNOTS WILL BE
POSSIBLE...ALONG WITH WAVES OF UP TO 16 FEET. SEE THE LATEST
