This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of northeast
Minnesota and northwest Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Rain will mix with snow this morning in parts of northeast
Minnesota and northwest Wisconsin, with 1 to 3 inches of wet snowfall
possible in the higher terrain of Duluth north along the north
shore. Those traveling this morning should be prepared for the
possibility of slippery stretches on area roads and use extra
caution when traveling over bridges and overpasses.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday

An area of low pressure is forecast to move across the Northern Plains
and across the Upper Midwest Sunday night through Tuesday
morning. A wintry mix of rain and snow is likely, especially
overnight Sunday night and again Monday night. Accumulating snow
is possible, especially over far northern Minnesota.

Snow spotters are requested to report precipitation type...and
measurements of rain and snow accumulations to the National
Weather Service. Spotters and the public can also report
precipitation type with the free M-PING smartphone app.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of the Nearshore
waters of western Lake Superior.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Strong east to northeast this morning will back through the
afternoon and gradually subside. Gale Warnings and Small Craft
Advisories are in effect. See the latest Nearshore Marine Forecast
and Marine Weather Message for more details.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday

Another area of low pressure will move through the region Sunday
night through Tuesday. Strong east to northeast winds may once
again develop as the system passes to the south. The strong wind
and building waves may create conditions hazardous to smaller
vessels.
