This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of Central Kansas,
South Central Kansas and Southeast Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Tonight

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday

Gusty north winds will create a very high grassland fire danger on
Saturday. The very high fire danger will generally be along and
north of Highway 54. Gusty winds will again create a very high
grassland fire danger over most of the region Sunday and Monday.

There is a chance for thunderstorms over much of southeast Kansas
late Sunday night and on Monday. There is the chance for a few
strong to possibly severe thunderstorms on Monday afternoon across
southeast Kansas.

Tuesday morning there is a chance for some very light snow over
portions of central and southeast Kansas. No accumulation is
expected.
