AN UPPER LEVEL STORM SYSTEM LIFTING NORTHEAST ACROSS THE NORTHERN
PLAINS BROUGHT SCATTERED STORMS TO CENTRAL KANSAS AND EASTERN
NEBRASKA THIS AFTERNOON. A COLD FRONT BISECTING THE AREA USHERED IN MORE
SEASONABLE AIR TO WESTERN KANSAS AND WESTERN NEBRASKA. UNDER PARTLY
TO MOSTLY CLOUDY SKIES...HIGHS TODAY RANGED FROM THE LOW 70S ACROSS
NORTHWEST KANSAS AND WESTERN NEBRASKA TO THE MID AND UPPER 80S OVER
SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS AND OKLAHOMA.

STORMS WILL REMAIN IN THE FORECAST TONIGHT FOR THE EASTERN HALF OF
KANSAS AND NEBRASKA INCLUDING MUCH OF OKLAHOMA AND NORTHWEST
MISSOURI. LOW TEMPERATURES WILL RANGE FROM THE MID AND UPPER 40S
ACROSS NORTHWEST KANSAS TO THE UPPER 60S ACROSS SOUTHEAST KANSAS AND
EASTERN OKLAHOMA.

MORE STORMS ARE EXPECTED ACROSS THE AREA ON WEDNESDAY. SEVERE STORMS
WILL BE MOST NUMEROUS ACROSS EASTERN KANSAS...SOUTHEAST NEBRASKA AND
NORTHWEST MISSOURI. HIGH TEMPERATURES WILL RANGE FROM THE LOW 70S
ACROSS WESTERN NEBRASKA AND NORTHWEST KANSAS TO THE MID AND UPPER
80S OVER SOUTHEAST KANSAS AND EASTERN OKLAHOMA.
