AREAS OF SNOW AND SLEET MOVED INTO SOUTH CENTRAL AND SOUTHEAST
KANSAS LATE THIS AFTERNOON. CLOUDY SKIES PREVAILED ACROSS NORTH
CENTRAL AND NORTHEAST KANSAS. LATE AFTERNOON TEMPERATURES
RANGED FROM THE UPPER 20S TO THE LOWER 30S.

LOW PRESSURE ALOFT WILL MOVE QUICKLY NORTHEAST ACROSS
MID-AMERICA TONIGHT INTO THURSDAY...BRINGING A WINTRY MIX TO
THE HEARTLAND. WINTER WEATHER ADVISORIES FOR LIGHT TO MODERATE
SNOW ACCUMULATIONS AND SLICK ROADS DUE TO FREEZING DRIZZLE ARE
POSTED TONIGHT INTO EARLY THURSDAY FOR CENTRAL AND EASTERN
KANSAS AND MUCH OF WESTERN AND SOUTHERN MISSOURI. OTHERWISE
RAIN AND A FEW THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED FURTHER SOUTH ACROSS
OKLAHOMA AND NORTHWEST ARKANSAS TONIGHT. SOME LIGHT SNOW OR
FREEZING DRIZZLE IS POSSIBLE FURTHER NORTH ACROSS IOWA AND
NEBRASKA...HOWEVER IT IS EXPECTED TO BE VERY LIGHT.

LOW TEMPERATURES TONIGHT WILL FALL INTO THE TEENS AND 20S FOR
MOST AREAS...EXCEPT FOR 30S ACROSS OKLAHOMA AND ARKANSAS. HIGHS
ON THURSDAY WILL CLIMB INTO THE 30S AND 40S...EXCEPT FOR SOME
20S ACROSS NORTHERN SECTIONS OF IOWA AND NEBRASKA.
