Patchy dense fog formed overnight across parts of eastern Kansas
where the sky ranged from partly to mostly cloudy. A clear to
partly cloudy sky prevailed over central Kansas. Predawn
temperatures ranged from the mid 40s to the lower 50s.

High pressure aloft will build over mid-America today and tonight
providing dry and unseasonably mild weather to the region. High
temperatures today will generally climb into the 60s and 70s,
except for warmer lower 80s in western Kansas. Lows tonight will
fall into the 40s and 50s across the heartland.
