* AT 607 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE METEOROLOGISTS WERE
  TRACKING A STRONG THUNDERSTORM NEAR EDNA...OR 11 MILES SOUTHWEST OF
  ALTAMONT...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 15 MPH.

WIND GUSTS UP TO 40 TO 50 MPH AND TORRENTIAL HEAVY RAIN WILL BE
POSSIBLE WITH THIS STORM.

* LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
  ALTAMONT...EDNA...MOUND VALLEY...BARTLETT AND ANGOLA.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
