THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR CENTRAL INDIANA.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT.

OUTLOOK: A HEAT ADVISORY IS IN EFFECT THROUGH EARLY EVENING.
STRONG THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE TONIGHT...ESPECIALLY NORTH OF
INTERSTATE 70.

HAZARDS: MAX HEAT INDEX READING BETWEEN 105 AND 110. TORRENTIAL
RAINFALL...DANGEROUS LIGHTNING AND GUSTY WINDS ARE POSSIBLE WITH
THUNDERSTORMS.

TIMING: HEAT INDEX VALUES WILL REACH THEIR HIGHEST VALUES THROUGH
800 PM. THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE AFTER 800 PM AND CONTINUING
OVERNIGHT.

DISCUSSION: MUGGY CONDITIONS WILL CONTINUE THROUGH TONIGHT. A
COLD FRONT WILL APPROACH CENTRAL INDIANA THIS EVENING AND WILL
LIKELY PRODUCE STORMS TONIGHT...ESPECIALLY NORTH OF INTERSTATE 70.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY.

OUTLOOK: SLIGHTLY COOLER TEMPERATURES WILL RETURN MONDAY WITH DRY
WEATHER STARTING MONDAY NIGHT. STRONG STORMS ARE POSSIBLE
MONDAY WITH GUSTY WINDS AND TORRENTIAL RAINFALL POSSIBLE IN
ADDITION TO FREQUENT LIGHTNING. ADDITIONAL STORM CHANCES RETURN
FOR THE SECOND HALF OF THE WEEK.

DISCUSSION: SCATTERED STORMS WILL CONTINUE UNTIL A FRONT PASSES
LATE MONDAY. CHANCES FOR STORMS WILL RETURN BY THE MIDDLE OF THE
WEEK AS THE FRONT RETURNS NORTH INTO THE REGION.
