This hazardous weather outlook is for central Indiana.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Outlook: Chance of thunderstorms today. Isolated to scattered severe
storms possible. Hot and humid.

Hazards: Large hail, damaging winds, heavy rain and localized
flooding, lightning, heat and heat related illness.

Timing: Thunderstorm activity anytime. Best chances for severe this
evening. Heat this afternoon into early evening.

Discussion: Upper level disturbances will interact with hot and humid
air to produce some thunderstorms. Isolated to scattered severe
storms are possible.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.

Outlook: Thunderstorm activity is possible at times through Sunday.
Isolated severe storms are possible Friday, mainly north of
Interstate 74. Scattered severe storms are possible most areas
Saturday. Damaging winds and large hail, along with heavy rainfall
producing flash flooding, are the primary threats.

Hot and humid conditions will be the rule into the weekend. Heat
index values from around 95 to around 105 can be expected through
Saturday.

Discussion: Hot air will remain across central Indiana into the
weekend. A front along with upper level disturbances will bring
thunderstorm chances to all or parts of the area at times through the
weekend.

Hazards: Heat and heat related illness.

Timing: This afternoon and early evening.

Discussion: Hot and humid air will remain across the area. Afternoon
heat index values could exceed 100.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.

Outlook: Thunderstorm activity is possible at times through Sunday.
Isolated severe storms are possible Saturday. Large hail and damaging
winds will be the primary threats, along with heavy rain.

Hot and humid conditions will be the rule into the weekend. Heat
index values will peak up to around 105 degrees through Saturday.

Discussion: Hot air will remain across central Indiana into the
weekend. A front along with upper level disturbances will bring
thunderstorm chances to all or parts of the area at times through the
weekend.
