This hazardous weather outlook is for central Indiana.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Outlook: Strong to severe thunderstorms possible.

Hazards: Damaging winds, large hail, isolated tornadoes, frequent
lightning, and brief heavy rain.

Timing: Primarily this evening into the overnight.

Discussion: Mainly dry weather is expected today as a frontal
boundary sags into southern Indiana. The front will return north
tonight as low pressure tracks out of the Missouri Valley. Strong to
severe storms will expand into central Indiana from the southwest
this evening and continue overnight.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

Outlook: Thunderstorms are possible Sunday...some of which may be
severe during the afternoon and evening. Cloud to ground lightning,
heavy rain, damaging winds and large hail will be threats. Isolated
tornadoes will also be a threat Sunday afternoon.

Isolated thunderstorms are also possible late day Monday and Monday
night as a weak front tracks into the area.

Discussion: Thunderstorms will remain possible through Sunday evening
ahead of a cold front. A secondary frontal boundary will bring
isolated showers and thunderstorms late day Monday into Monday night.
Mainly dry and seasonable weather is expected for much of the rest of
next week.

Spotter activation is possible at times this evening...tonight and
Sunday afternoon.
