OUTLOOK: MINIMUM WIND CHILL VALUES BETWEEN -5 AND -15 DEGREES.

HAZARDS: RISK OF FROSTBITE OR HYPOTHERMIA IF OUTSIDE FOR PROLONGED
PERIODS.

TIMING: BELOW ZERO WIND CHILLS DEVELOPING AFTER DARK AND
CONTINUING THROUGHOUT THE NIGHT.

DISCUSSION: ARCTIC HIGH PRESSURE WILL PROVIDE COLD CONDITIONS TO
THE AREA.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY.

OUTLOOK: BELOW ZERO WIND CHILLS ARE EXPECTED AT TIMES THROUGH THE
REST OF THE WEEK...ON TUESDAY AND AGAIN AROUND WEDNESDAY NIGHT
INTO SATURDAY.

MINOR ACCUMULATIONS OF SNOW ARE POSSIBLE WEDNESDAY NIGHT INTO
THURSDAY. ADDITIONAL ACCUMULATIONS OF SNOW ARE POSSIBLE BY THE
WEEKEND.

DISCUSSION: ARCTIC AIR WILL REMAIN IN PLACE THROUGH MUCH OF THIS
WEEK...RESULTING IN BELOW ZERO WIND CHILLS AT TIMES.

A FRONTAL SYSTEM MAY RESULT IN MINOR SNOW ACCUMULATIONS AROUND
WEDNESDAY NIGHT INTO THURSDAY. ANOTHER LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM MAY
BRING A MIX OF WINTRY PRECIPITATION TO THE AREA BY THE WEEKEND.
