Including the cities of Lafayette, Frankfort, Kokomo,
Crawfordsville, Anderson, Muncie, Indianapolis, Terre Haute,
Shelbyville, Bloomington, Columbus, Vincennes, Bedford, and Seymour

This hazardous weather outlook is for central Indiana.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Outlook: No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

Hazards: None.

Discussion: High pressure over the middle Mississippi valley
will move east across Indiana late today.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

Outlook: Thunderstorms are possible Thursday and becoming
more numerous Friday...then ending Saturday. Thunderstorms are
again possible again by Monday.   There is a slight risk of severe
thunderstorms over northern sections late Thursday and Thursday
night. A few strong storms could linger into Friday. The main threat
will be damaging winds and large hail.

Discussion: A slow moving cold front will move southeast towards
Indiana by Friday. A very warm and unstable airmass will spread
across our region by late Thursday.

This front will stall across southern Indiana over the weekend and
move back to the north by Monday as an area of low pressure moves our


Spotter activation may be needed over northern sections late Thursday
and Thursday night.
