Including the cities of Lafayette, Frankfort, Kokomo,
Crawfordsville, Anderson, Muncie, Indianapolis, Terre Haute,
Shelbyville, Bloomington, Columbus, Vincennes, Bedford, and Seymour

This hazardous weather outlook is for central Indiana.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Outlook: Isolated thunderstorms are possible.

Hazards: Lightning. Gusty winds.

Timing: Storms possible through 2 pm. Gusty winds expected throughout
the day, with highest gusts of 30 to 40 mph during the afternoon.

Discussion: A cold front will move through central Indiana today
bringing rain and isolated thunderstorms with it. The tight pressure
gradient will also produce gusty winds both ahead of and behind the
front. While rain and storm chances will move out by the early
afternoon, wind gusts will remain through the daylight hours.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

Outlook: No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

Discussion: High pressure will build over the area yielding dry
weather for central Indiana.


Spotter activation is not anticipated.
