FIRE WEATHER PLANNING FORECAST FOR EXTREME SOUTHEAST ARKANSAS
NORTHEAST LOUISIANA...AND CENTRAL MISSISSIPPI
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE JACKSON MS
332 PM CDT SUN SEP 25 2016

.DISCUSSION...ISOLATED SHOWERS AND STORMS ARE ONGOING ACROSS THE AREA
WHILE BETTER COVERAGE IS EXPECTED MONDAY DUE TO THE PASSAGE OF A COLD
FRONT. HOT CONDITIONS WILL BEGIN TO LESSEN TOMORROW AND MUCH COOLER
ON TUESDAY. MORE MOISTURE WILL MOVE IN TONIGHT INTO TOMORROW BEFORE
MUCH DRIER AIR MOVES IN IN THE WAKE OF THE COLD FRONT. RELATIVE
HUMIDITIES WILL FALL INTO THE UPPER 20 PERCENT RANGE IN NORTHERN FIRE
DISTRICTS ON TUESDAY. WINDS SHOULD BE LIGHT BUT DRY AIR AND SOILS
WILL KEEP SOME FIRE WEATHER DANGER AROUND TUESDAY. SOME PATCHY FOG
CAN NOT BE RULED OUT BUT NO DENSE FOG IS EXPECTED BEFORE MUCH DRIER
AIR MOVES IN.
