  THUNDERSTORMS. THESE THUNDERSTORMS ARE PRODUCING RAINFALL RATES OF
  2 TO 4 INCHES PER HOUR. THESE RAIN RATES ARE EXPECTED TO CAUSE
  MINOR FLOODING IN THE ADVISORY AREA.
