Water over roadways. Some low-water crossings may become impassable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1111 PM CDT /1211 AM EDT/, local law enforcement reported heavy rain in the advisory area due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 inch or more are possible overnight over the area. This additional rain will result in renewed flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
