...AN AREA OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL AFFECT SOUTHWESTERN FRANKLIN
AND SOUTHEASTERN ST. LAWRENCE COUNTIES...

At 415 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were clustered near Piercefield,
moving east at 25 mph.

Winds in excess of 30 mph are possible with this storm.

Locations impacted include...
Tupper Lake, Piercefield, Madawaska, Wawbeek, St. Regis Mountain,
Gale, Conifer, Saranac Inn, Childwold, Shurtleff, Axton Landing and
Coreys.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may cause
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
