WARREN...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 25 MPH.

WINDS IN EXCESS OF 40 MPH AND PEA SIZE HAIL ARE POSSIBLE WITH THIS
STORM, ALONG WITH OCCASIONAL TO FREQUENT LIGHTNING. IN
ADDITION...HEAVY RAINFALL RATES OF UP TO 1 INCH PER HOUR MAY PRODUCE
LOCALIZED PONDING ON ROADS.
