Weather Summary for Western and North Central New York
National Weather Service Buffalo NY
334 AM EDT Wed Jul 19 2017

High pressure will slide off to our east today...with a southwesterly
flow of warmer and more humid air overspreading our region through the
course of the day. While a weakening disturbance could produce an
isolated shower or thunderstorm as it crosses the region later this
afternoon and evening...for the most part dry weather will continue to
prevail through tonight. A few additional showers and storms will then
be possible Thursday and Thursday night as another weak disturbance
crosses the area...with somewhat better chances for showers and
thunderstorms then arriving for the upcoming weekend as a frontal
boundary stalls across our region.
