STALLED ACROSS CENTRAL NEW YORK WILL BRING PERIODS OF RAIN TO THE
NORTH COUNTRY THROUGH TODAY WHILE AREAS TO THE WEST WILL SEE
SCATTERED SHOWERS DEVELOPING BY THIS AFTERNOON. SHOWERS WILL
LINGER ACROSS THE REGION AND TEMPERATURES WILL TURN MUCH COOLER BY
THE WEEKEND AS A COMPLEX UPPER LOW MEANDERS ACROSS THE LOWER GREAT
LAKES.
