THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CHEYENNE HAS CANCELLED THE HIGH
WIND WARNING.

STRONG WINDS HAVE SUBSIDED BUT WINDY CONDITIONS WILL PERSIST
TODAY AND SNOW WILL DEVELOP THIS MORNING. THE HIGH WIND WARNING
HAS BEEN REPLACED BY A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY. SNOW AND BLOWING
SNOW WILL OCCUR OVER THE AREA MUCH OF TODAY AND INTO THIS EVENING.
