WEATHER HAZARDS EXPECTED...

ELEVATED FIRE WEATHER RISK.

DISCUSSION...

LOW HUMIDITY...MODERATELY GUSTY AFTERNOON WINDS...AND DRY BRUSH
WILL LEAD TO A BRIEF ELEVATED FIRE WEATHER RISK.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY.

A COLD FRONT WILL MOVE THROUGH THE AREA SUNDAY. GUSTY SHIFTING
WINDS AND LOW HUMIDITY WILL LEAD TO AN ELEVATED TO SIGNIFCANT FIRE
WEATHER RISK. WIND GUSTS OF 30 TO 35 MPH WILL BE
POSSIBLE...ESPECIALLY OVER WEST CENTRAL MISSOURI AND SOUTHEAST
KANSAS SUNDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING.

MUCH COLDER AIR WILL MOVE IN FOR MONDAY WITH NORTHWEST WIND GUSTS
OF 35 TO 45 MPH EXPECTED. WIND CHILL VALUES IN THE SINGLE DIGITS
ABOVE ZERO ARE EXPECTED MONDAY NIGHT AND TUESDAY. SNOW FLURRIES
AND OR LIGHT SNOW SHOWERS WILL BE POSSIBLE MONDAY. A LIGHT
DUSTING MAY BE POSSIBLE ACROSS THE CENTRAL MISSOURI.
