UNDER SCATTERED LOW CLOUDS...THE EASTERN HALF OF KANSAS SAW
TEMPERATURES WARM BACK UP TO SEASONAL NORMALS TODAY. LATE AFTERNOON
READINGS WERE GENERALLY IN THE 85 TO 90 DEGREE RANGE WITH GUSTY
SOUTH WINDS.

AN UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE IS EXPECTED TO MOVE OUT ACROSS THE PLAINS
TONIGHT AND WILL BRING STORM CHANCES FROM NORTHWEST KANSAS THROUGH
NEBRASKA...IOWA AND NORTHERN MISSOURI. LOW LEVEL MOISTURE WILL
CONTINUE TO STREAM INTO THE PLAINS ON TUESDAY AND WILL COMBINE WITH
ANOTHER UPPER LEVEL WAVE TO BRING WIDESPREAD SHOWERS AND STORMS TO
EASTERN NEBRASKA...WESTERN IOWA...NORTHEAST KANSAS AND NORTHERN
MISSOURI. SEVERE STORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE IN THESE LOCATIONS.
MEANWHILE...OVER WESTERN NEBRASKA....THE REMAINDER OF KANSAS AND
MISSOURI...SCATTERED SHOWERS AND STORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE ON TUESDAY.

OVERNIGHT LOWS ARE EXPECTED TO RANGE FROM THE UPPER 50S OVER FAR
WESTERN NEBRASKA TO THE LOW 70S OVER SOUTHERN KANSAS AND OKLAHOMA.
HIGHS ON TUESDAY ARE FORECAST TO RANGE FROM THE 70S OVER NORTHERN
NEBRASKA...TO THE 90S OVER THE MAJORITY OF KANSAS AND OKLAHOMA.
