A quiet night across the state with temperatures falling into the
60s and lower 70s areawide. Showers ended across southeast Kansas
during the early part of the night, then additional showers and
thunderstorms moved into north-central and northeastern Kansas by
early morning.

Scattered showers and thunderstorms are expected across eastern
Kansas through the rest of the morning hours before diminishing.
Temperatures will warm into the 90s for most, with those in
northeastern Kansas remaining in the upper 80s. Additional showers
and thunderstorms will develop across south-central and
southeastern Kansas this afternoon. Generally light easterly to
southeasterly winds are expected.

Tonight, rain and storms will come to an end early in the night.
Overnight lows will range from the lower 60s in northwestern
Kansas to the upper 60s in south-central Kansas. A few additional
storms are expected across central Kansas during the early morning
hours.
