SKIES WERE PARTLY CLOUDY ACROSS EASTERN KANSAS. WINDS WERE SOUTH AT
5 TO 15 MPH...RESULTING IN PREDAWN TEMPERATURES IN THE LOWER 70S.

LITTLE CHANGE IN THE WEATHER IS EXPECTED THROUGH DAYBREAK FRIDAY.
LOW PRESSURE AT THE SURFACE WILL REMAIN ANCHORED OVER THE LEE OF THE
ROCKIES. A FEW THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND
EVENING ACROSS WESTERN NEBRASKA. THE REST OF THE PLAINS SHOULD
REMAIN DRY.

FORECAST HIGHS ARE GENERALLY IN THE 90S. HOWEVER A FEW LOCATIONS
ACROSS CENTRAL AND NORTHWEST KANSAS COULD REACH THE TRIPLE DIGITS.
FORECAST LOWS ARE MAINLY IN THE UPPER 60S AND LOWER 70S. THE
EXCEPTIONS ARE WESTERN NEBRASKA AND FAR WESTERN KANSAS...WHERE
TEMPERATURES COULD DROP INTO THE LOWER TO MID 60S TONIGHT.
