The sky ranged from clear to partly cloudy across central and
eastern Kansas overnight. Winds were generally from the north or
northwest at 5 to 15 mph. Predawn temperatures ranged from the 20s
to the lower 30s.

Surface high pressure over the central high Plains early this
morning will drift into the southern Plains by this afternoon,
allowing milder air to return to western sections of mid-America
today. Otherwise, dry weather is expected across the entire
region through tonight.

High temperatures today will range from the upper 20s ands 30s in
Iowa and northeast Missouri to the lower 60s in far western
sections of Kansas and Nebraska. Lows tonight will generally fall
into the 20s and 30s.
