Moke Impacts Hawaii; Severe Thunderstorms and Heavy Rainfall from the Great Basin to the Plains

Heavy rain from Tropical Storm Moke will begin to impact the Big Island today, risking life-threatening flooding and mudslides in windward and southeast areas.
