The rain could be heavy at times. Some thunder is also possible. Patchy fog after 7am. Temperature falling to around 27 by 5pm. Breezy, with a west wind 17 to 21 mph, with gusts as high as 38 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80%. Little or no ice accumulation expected. New snow and sleet accumulation of 1 to 2 inches possible.
