Winter Storm in the Mid-Atlantic

A cold arctic air mass continue to bring a wintry mix and accumulating ice across parts of the Carolinas and Delmarva Peninsula through Saturday morning; and, bitterly cold temperatures across much of the southern and eastern U.S. Light snow accumulations are expected from the Northern Plains into the upper Great Lakes.
