A Wind Advisory is in effect for portions of the northern Champlain Valley through 4 PM today for gusts up to 45 MPH. The strongest gusts will be focused on the southeast facing shores of Lake Champlain and western Chittenden county through noon today, then slowly weakening towards this evening.
