A nearly stationary frontal boundary will bring potential for heavy rainfall and flash flooding from Oklahoma into the Ohio River Valley over the next few days. Severe weather is also expected for parts the Southern Plains and the Lower Mississippi River Valley on Thursday and Friday with threats of tornadoes, strong winds and hail.
