Synopsis: North to northeasterly outflow winds continue to bring gale
force to storm force winds across Northern inner channels. Areas
of light to heavy freezing spray will continue over common
outflow areas in the northern inner channels and NE gulf coast.
Outflow winds begin to subside Sunday night through Monday and
winds will shift southerly. Another low pressure system moves
over the gulf Tuesday.
