Synopsis: High pressure in the Gulf shifts east as a system moves into the
northern panhandle Tuesday into Wednesday. Northwesterly flow
offshore will shift to west-southwesterly and pick up to a fresh
to strong breeze. Inner channels expected to see increasing
southerly winds into Tuesday night. Seas building to 8 to
11 feet in the Gulf, diminishing through midweek ahead of the
next system on Friday.
