Synopsis: A low forms south of Yakutat Wednesday morning and brings
variable winds around 10 kts or less across the N Gulf through
the day. By Thursday morning, a stronger low from the North
Pacific moves near Haida Gwaii and brings stronger winds around
20kts and waves less than 8 ft to the Southern Gulf of Alaska, and
toward Dixon Entrance.
