Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms. .SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure SE of Georges Bank will continue moving E away from the area today. A stalled front S of the waters will approach the area as a warm front tonight. The warm front will lift N across the waters Mon and Mon night. A cold front will approach the coast late Mon night into Tue, and then slide E and SE over the waters late Tue and Tue night while weakening. Low pressure and another front will approach the coast Wed, and move slowly into the waters Wed night and Thu. A low pressure trough will move E across the waters Thu night.
