.SYNOPSIS...Drier and warmer conditions will move in through the
weekend and into much of next week as high pressure looks to
dominate the region.

.DISCUSSION...High pressure remains in control over Arizona through
much of the forecast period. Dry conditions and near seasonable
temperatures remain over northern Arizona as a result. Winds
remain fairly light from the northeast through southeast day,
aside from Sunday where a slight uptick in winds looks probable.
Ensemble guidance doesn`t really show any break in this dry
pattern. Much of the EPS, GEFS, and CMCE members show low PWATs
through the next 8-12 days.

.AVIATION...Friday 02/18Z through Saturday 03/18Z...VFR conditions,
no precipitation expected. Daytime winds NE-SE 5-15kts, light and
variable or terrain driven overnight.

OUTLOOK...Saturday 03/18Z through Monday 05/18Z...VFR conditions,
no precipitation expected. Daytime winds NE-SE 5-15kts, light and
variable or terrain driven overnight.

.FIRE WEATHER...Saturday and Sunday...Dry conditions with seasonable
temperatures. Winds NE-SE 5-15 mph each afternoon, becoming light
and variable overnight. Minimum RH values in the afternoon 20%
deserts to 30-40% mountains.

Monday through Wednesday...Mainly dry conditions and continued near
normal temperatures. Winds E-SE 5-10 mph on Monday, becoming light
and variable on Tuesday, N-NE 5-15 mph on Wednesday. Minimum RH
values in the afternoon 20-40%.
