Windy conditions continue across the east TN mountains
and foothills through sunrise. A Wind Advisory remains in effect
for these locations through 7 AM EST.

Scattered showers continue until this afternoon. Light wintry mix
possible across the highest elevations of the east TN mountains
through mid morning. Little to no accumulation.

Another system moves in Monday night into Tuesday. Another round
of gusty mountain winds, and a possible mountain wave event, and widespread
rain is anticipated.
