.DISCUSSION...

Precipitation spreads back into the region tonight into Friday
morning. A mixed bag of precipitation, including light snowfall and
icing, across the northern Cumberland plateau, extreme northeast TN.
Mostly snow is expected further north into Virginia, with widespread
rain expected for areas near the I-40 corridor and points southward.
Precipitation moves out by mid Friday morning for dry and cooler
than normal conditions through Saturday. Next chance of rain looks
to be Sunday.
