Low pressure will move NE along a stationary front over the outer mid- Atlantic waters, passing S and E of Georges Bank Tue and Tue night. High pressure will then return behind the low and remain in place through Wed night. The high will shift E of the area Thu as a warm front lifts N across the eastern portions Thu night and Fri.
