at La Crosse, WI.  More details can be found below.

Temperatures...

From September 1 through November 30, La Crosse Regional Airport
had an average temperature of 48.3 degrees.  This was 1.3 degrees
colder than the 1981-2010 normal of 49.6 degrees.  The table below
