Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A ridge of high pressure around 30.40 inches, will
continue to build into the Central Great Lakes through this
evening. A weak low pressure system will track through the
northern Great Lakes Wednesday night, with the next strong cold
front tracking through Thursday night into Friday morning. Post
frontal, northwest gales are not out of the question over the
open waters of Lake Huron on Friday.

.REST OF TONIGHT...Northwest winds 10 to 15 knots becoming west 5 to
10 knots early in the morning. Mostly clear. Waves 2 feet or less.
.WEDNESDAY...West winds 5 to 10 knots becoming southwest 10 to 15
knots in the late morning and afternoon. Partly sunny. Waves 2 feet
or less.
.WEDNESDAY NIGHT...Southwest winds 10 to 15 knots. Cloudy. A chance
of light snow in the evening...then a chance of light rain and snow
after midnight. Waves 1 to 3 feet.
.THURSDAY...Southwest winds 10 to 15 knots diminishing to 5 to 10
knots early in the afternoon. Mostly cloudy. Waves 2 feet or less.
.THURSDAY NIGHT...West winds 10 to 15 knots. Partly cloudy. Waves 2
feet or less.
.FRIDAY...West winds 10 to 15 knots veering to the north in the
evening. Mostly sunny in the morning becoming partly cloudy. Waves 2
feet or less.
.SATURDAY...East winds 10 to 15 knots. Partly cloudy. Waves 2 feet
or less.
.SUNDAY...South winds 10 to 15 knots. Mostly cloudy. Waves 2 feet or
less.
