.DISCUSSION...

Smoke dispersion will be fair to generally poor today as showers
and a few thunderstorms move through the area. Mixing heights as
result will also remain below 2500 ft AGL. Mixing will become
good on Thursday with much deeper mixing heights expected, peaking
above 6000 ft AGL during the afternoon. Additional rainfall is
expected Thursday night into Friday as a cold front moves southeast
through north Alabama.

Fog potential over the next few days: Not expected.

Potential for Red Flag Conditions: Not expected.
