Today into tonight will be rather wet, with periods of rain
expected. Some showers and perhaps even a thunderstorm will be
around on Friday, but drier weather will arrive in time for the
weekend.  Temperatures will be well below normal today, followed by
a warming trend for Friday into the weekend.
